Freedom means that you are free, and everyone else around is as well. The only check we ought to have on freedom is that you must never infringe on the rights of another - murder, thievery, etc. However, having the right to go wherever you want and expect things to be the way you want them is not freedom - that is you, and others of your opinion, forcing their choices on everybody else. If government isn't involved, you have the choice to go to the non-smoking building. Believe me, there will be plenty of those, because there are a lot of people in this country who do not like and do not want to be around it. Everybody wins, everybody is free, the consumer and the entrepreneur. That is just my opinion on it tho, one that caters to everybody's rights.
